During the game, you follow tennis players during their entire career. There are 2 reasons which justify changing tennis player:
- A player who grows old progresses more and more slowly. He will end up stagnating at his maximum level before retiring. In that period, it might be interesting to find a new player to manage, with a better potential, because although he starts with a lower level than your current player, he will quickly reach a better level, and thus beat age records and improve your Coach Level.
- Changing your tennis player is an opportunity to experiment with a different playstyle and to manage your player’s progression differently.
When you've decided to change your main player, you have to coach a new one in your Pro Team and then keep your previous one in your team or retire him/her.
